About our Farm

Just minutes away from Madison, lasting memories are waiting to be made. For the Summers family, growing Christmas Trees has been a family tradition since 1957.

In 1950 Richard and Louise Summers planted the first seedlings on a 130 acre plot which began a full-fledged family business selling their first crop of trees seven years later. That's me (Bill) the little guy in the family photo.

In 1995 we added the Christmas Shop with unique items that can only be found at Summers Christmas Tree Farm. It's a cozy place to warm up and to browse for that perfect gift.

Since then our business has grown through word-of-mouth and loyal customers who come back year after year. We have customers from near and far.  We are a destination, not just a place to buy a tree.
